Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 cup of vinegar
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • 1 T water
  • 1/2 t celery seed
  • 1 can French Style Beans
  • 1 can LeSuer peas; drained
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn; drained
  • 1 bunch of green onions; chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper; chopped
  • 1 small jar of pimentos; diced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, vinegar, salad oil, salt, pepper, water and celery seed together in a saucepan and bring to a boil; set aside to cool

Mix all vegetables together and pour cooled dressing over them.

Stir well and chill

NOTE: It is better if it sits overnight before serving

Note: Keeps for at least 2 weeks in refrigerator
