Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz) bar white chocolate (Ghirardelli - Food world)
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese softened
  • 1 (3 oz) package of cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine softened.
  • 6 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 t vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate in a heavy sauce or better to melt it in a double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, and let cool for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy.

Gradually add chocolate, beating constantly, until blended.

Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth.

Stir in vanilla extract
