Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can Black-eyed Peas (drained)
- 1 can Shoe peg Corn
- 10 oz. rotel
- 1/4 cup Italian Dressing
- 2 Green Onions (chopped)

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Chill for 4-8 hours.
Serve with Tortilla Chips or Tostitos.
(Note: If doubling recipe use a can of black-eyed peas and a can of black beans.)
