- 1 medium zucchini
- 2 tbsp prepared rice cereal

Step 1
Cut off ends of zucchini; do not peel. Cut into slices and steam zucchini squash pieces for 4-6 minutes to soften. Reserve water. Puree the zucchini while adding enough water to reach a smooth consistency. Combine 2 tbsp zucchini puree with 2 tbsp cereal and serve. Freeze remaining zucchini puree for up to 8 weeks.
