Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 30-oz. pkg. frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 8-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced

Step 1
Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes, or until eggs are set.
