Ingredients

  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion

Step 1

Stir all of the ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Decrease the heat to medium low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Allow to cool, then cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
