Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons A1 steak sauce
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400.

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well mixed. Transfer to a loaf pan and pat into shape. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, until cooked through and well browned on top. Remove from the oven and let rest in the pan on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve hot.
