Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- Cake:
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 3 tablespoons almond flavored liqueur
- Topping:
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Step 1
Crust:
1. Combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter.
2. Press into bottom and 2" up the side of a 9" springform pan.
3. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Cake:
4. Beat cream cheese and brown sugar, mixing at medium speed until well blended.
5. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition.
6. Beat in chocolate and liqueur.
7. Pour over prepared crust and bake at 325 degrees F for 35 minutes.
Topping:
8. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F.
9. Combine sour cream and sugar, carefully spread over cheesecake.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and run knife around sides of pan to loosen.
9. Cool at room temperature before removing rim.
10. Chill overnight.
