Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic bruised
- 2 tsps. Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsps. Salt
- 1/2 tsps. crumbled dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsps. crumbled dried Basal
- 1 crushed Bay leaf
- 1/8 tsps. ground pepper
- Leg of Lamb
- Allow 1/2 pound bone in weight per person

Preparation
Step 1
Have leg of lamb deboned by butcher and butterfly
Combine marinade ingredients in zip lock back then add lamb and place in fridge (24 to 48 hrs)
Broil or BBQ fat side up 4 inches from heat for 10 min.
Turn, marinade and baste the broil again for 10 min.
Marinade then another 10 min. (30 min. total cook time)
