  • 1/2 recipe plain pie pastry or vinegar pie crust, prebaked
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 (3 ounce) package custard mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • Sweetened whipped cream, without the vanilla, for topping

Combine the peanut butter and icing sugar and mix with a fork until crumbly. Reserve ¼ cup of the mixture and sprinkle the rest in the crust.

Prepare the custard with the milk according to the package instructions. Pour the prepared custard filling into the crust, then chill for about 30 minutes, until set.

Spread the whipped cream over the pie and sprinkle with the reserved peanut butter mixture before serving. Serve chilled.
