  • 4

    skinless, boneless chicken breast

  • ¼

    cup fat free ranch dressing

  • ½

    cup corn flakes, crushed

  • spices of choice (parsley, garlic paoder, onion powder, etc)

  • Salt

  • cooking spray


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix spices, salt, and corn flakes in a bowl and set aside. Dip Chicken in fat free ranch dressing, roll chicken in corn flake mixture. Spray grill baking pan with cooking spray, place chicken in pan (if you do not have a grill baking pan, place a baking sheet on second shelf in oven, spray top rack and place chicken on rack) Cook until chicken is done, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
