Ingredients
- 6 Large Green peppers, tops cut off and seeds cleaned out
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 2 cups cook rice
- 1 6 ounce can tomato sauce
- 2-3 Large cans Tomato juice
- 1/2 cup grated Romano Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs Onion powder
- 2 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Step 1
Mix ground beef, 6-ounce tomato sauce, romano cheese, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and bread crumbs together. Add cooked rice and mix together. Stuff ground beef mixture into each pepper and fill to the top. Pour 1 jar of tomato juice in a large pan. Add all 6 sutffed peppers to the pan and pour another can of tomato juice or more until the peppers are covered. Cook on medium until peppers are soft and meat is cooked. Sprinkle with additional Romano cheese. I use any leftover meat mixture and make a few large meatballs and put those in the pan to cook also.
