Ingredients
- Southern Comfort Glaze:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pkg butter recipe cake mix
- 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup southern comfort
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup Southern Comfort

Step 1
1. For cake, sprinkle pecans in greased and floured 10" Bundt pan. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, cold water and liqueur in mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Spoon into prepared pan.
2 Bake at 325F for 50-55 mins. Cool in pan on wire rack. Meanwhile make the glaze by mixing butter, sugar and cold water in pan. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 mins, stirring to dissolve sugar completely. Remove from heat and stir in liqueur. Prick cake and pour blaze over the top. Let stand for 8 hours or longer before removing to a serving platter.
