Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Margarine
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Clove garlic
- 3 Boneless chicken breasts
- Salt and Pepper
- 16-24oz Can tomato sauce
- 1/4-1/3 Cup red wine
- 1 Tbs dried basil or heaping handful of fresh basil
- 2 Tbs Parsely
- 1 lb Frozen shrimp

Preparation
Step 1
1. Pound and salt and pepper chicken. Brown in margarine. Set aside in covered dish.
2. Saute onions and garlic. Add tomato sauce, wine, and basil. Cook on low for 15 minutes.
3. Return chicken to pan. Add shrimp. Cover and heat to boiling and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender.
Serve with elbow macaroni.
