Ingredients
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Salt
- Pepper to taste
- 4 cups Water
- 2 heaping tsp Chicken Bullion
- 16 oz bag Broccoli
- 16 oz bag Cauliflower
- 8 oz Thin Spaghetti
- 3/4 - 1 block Velveeta Cheese
- 4 cups Milk

Step 1
Melt butter in large soup pot. Add chopped onion and saute until translucent.
Add garlic powder, salt, water, chicken bullion and bring to boil.
Add broccoli and cauliflower and boil until soft.
Break down spaghetti into fist size and add. Boil until soft. Add water as needed as it will evaporate down.
Turn down stove to medium or medium-low and add Velveeta until melted.
Add milk and let simmer until hot. Season more if needed.
