Ingredients
- 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
- 2 cup(s) (about 1/2 head) thinly sliced green cabbage
- 1 cup(s) (about 1 large) grated carrot

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Add cabbage and carrots and toss to coat evenly with mayonnaise mixture.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
