Ingredients
- 1 box of plain cous cous(i use whole wheat)
- follow instructions on box for prep
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup scallions
- 1/2 cup chopped italian flat leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup whole unsaled almonds
- zest from 1 lemon
- juice from that 1 lemon
- kosher salt to taste
- 2 Tbl spoons of olive oil

Step 1
follow direction on box to make the cous cous
after the cous cous is fluffed with a fork add all ingredients and continue to fluff with fork.
you can increase any of these ingredients to suit your taste.
cous cous can be served warm or cold
great side dish for chicken, fish, lamb.
