Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped honey-roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons crumbled graham crackers
- whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar and baking powder.
3. Add milk, oil and vanilla.
4. Using a wire whisk, stir until smooth.
5. Stir in peanut butter and semisweet chocolate pieces.
6. Pour batter into an ungreased 1 quart casserole dish; set aside.
7. In same mixing bowl, stir together remaining sugar and cocoa.
8. Gradually stir in boiling water.
9. Pour mixture evenly over batter in casserole.
10. Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.
11. Remove from oven; top with peanuts and graham crackers.
12. Serve with whipped cream.
