Ingredients
- 4 lbs pork baby back ribs
- 2 T liquid hickory smoke
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 1 T cider vinegar
- 1 T sugar
- 1/4 c orange juice
- nonfat cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Slice ribs into individual pieces. Parboil ribs for 20 min (on steamer rack over pan boiling water). Cool and remove any visible fat. Place in flat glass pan. Combine smoke, pepper, salt, garlic, oil, ketchup, vinegar, sugar and oj and pour over ribs. Cover tightly and refrig 2-8 hours. Coat grill with spray and preheat 5 min. Discard marinade and place ribs in grill in single layer. Grill 5-7 min. Keep cooked ribs warm on serving platter while grill remaining ribs
