  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural or homemade)
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup holiday colors M&Ms chocolate candies, divided
  • 1 cup holiday colors HERSHEY's chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Line a large jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the butter.
Add the light brown sugar and whisk until combined.
One at a time, add the eggs and whisk until incorporated.
Mix in the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Scrape the bowl to ensure everything has been combined.
Fold in the peanut butter.
Fold in 3/4 cup of M&M's, 3/4 cup of chocolate chips and all the peanut butter chips.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle reserved M&Ms and chocolate chips over the top and gently press into the dough.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until the top has set and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pan completely.
Once cool, cut the bars in the pan before removing. Use a butter knife to cut them so you don't ruin your pan.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
