Ingredients
- 2 t olive oil
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 2 T fresh cilantro, fine chop
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 16 jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
- 4 8" wooden skewers, soaked in water
- nonfat cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Mix oil, lime, cilantro, cayenne, salt & pepper. Place shrimp in marinade and refrig 1-2 hours. Coat grill with spray and preheat 5 min. Arrange 4 shrimp on each skewer and grill widthwise (horisontally) 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 min
