Ingredients
- 1 TBS OLIVE OIL
- 1 TBS BUTTER
- 1/2 CHOPPED ONION
- 1/2 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES
- 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED OR USE 1 TSP MINCED GARLIC
- 3 CUPS OF CHICKEN STOCK
- 2- 14 OZ CANS OF TOMATOES
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and butter and sauté onions for 2 minutes
Add pepper flakes and garlic cook for 1 minute
Add greens and cook for 1 minute
Add stock, bring to a simmer and cook for about 40 minutes.
Add tomatoes and salt and pepper. Cook until warmed through.
