Indian Slap Jacks

A recipe Carson made with her kindergarten class at Jefferson Elementary.

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup corn meal
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp. flour
• a little salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together ingredients, pour by spoonfuls into pan. Fry on a griddle or in a greased pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
