Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 1/4 c packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 1/2 c chopped pecans
  • 1-14 oz Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 T Lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In a medium sized bowl combine flour, brown sugar and cut in butter until crumbly. Press mixture on bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes. Combine pecans, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes or until filling is set. When cool cut into bars.
