Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- Juice of 2 oranges
- Grated zest of 2 oranges
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Grated zest of 2 lemons
- 4 cups icing sugar

Preheat the oven to 350. Butter the cups of a 1 ounce muffin tin.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together into a bowl. In separate large bowl, combine the eggs, water, vanilla and sugar and mix well. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix well. Fill the muffin cups three quarters full of batter.
Bake the muffins for 10 minutes, until browned. Stir together the orange juice and zest, lemon juice and zest, and icing sugar in a bowl. Remove the muffins from the tin and while still warm, dip the tops into the sugar mixture. Place the muffins on foil or waxed paper to cool. Serve at room temperature.
