Ingredients

~3 8oz cream cheese
~3/4 c sugar
~3 eggs
~1 tsp vanilla
~2 c chips (peanut/choc blend)
~9 oz crust
~2 tbsp whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450. Beat cream cheese. Add sugar, vanilla, eggs. Stir in 1 2/3 c chips. Put into crust. Cook 10 min @ 450. Then cook @ 250 for 30 min or until firm.

Cool entirely. In micro, melt 1/3 c chips with whipping cream. pour mix on top of pie. cool to harden.
