Ingredients

  • 1 c bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 c cold water
  • 1/2 c fine chop pepperoni (2 oz)
  • 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 T marg/butter, soft
  • 1 t parsley flakes
  • 1/2 t dried oregano leaves, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

MIx baking mix & water until dough forms; beat 20 strokes. Gentl smooth dough into ball on cloth covered surface well dusted with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Roll dough into rectangle 12 x 9". Mix remaining ingred; spread evenly over rectangle to within 1/4" of edges. roll up tightly beginning at 12" side. pince edge of dough into roll to seal well. Wrap & refrig until chilled at least 2 hr or freeze up to 1 week.

Let stand at room temp til thawed (if frozen - about 1 hr). Heavt oven 400*. Cut roll into 1/4" slices. Arrange slices on greased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown 8-10 min. Serve hot
