Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 burrito sized tortillas
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 small can chopped green chilis
- 1 can red enchilada sauce
- 1 can green chili enchilada sauce
- 1 small can salsa verde sauce
- Shredded cheese (colby jack, cheddar)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and drain. Add onions and cook until onions are tender. Add chopped green chilis.Heat refried beans in a small saucepan. To each tortilla, layer beans, meat mixture, and top with cheese and fold into burritos. Pour some enchilada sauce on the bottom of a casserole dish. Place burritos side by side in casserole dish and pour the rest of the enchilada sauces and the salsa verde over the burritos, completely covering them. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly hot.
