Ingredients
- four sat at the counter-buy another fold out table from costco
- ate at 5, arezoo working, they came at 3 to talk, karaoke after
- mum-made another 18 lb turkey, didn't need it. brought cranberries, apple stuffing, two veg gratins (only ate one) gravy, berry cheescakes (they loved em)
- made spinach artichoke stuffing-one batch
- sweet pots-big bag from costco-cooked 25 big ones-just do 20 next year-one lg. pecan-marshmallow batch-peel and boil in batches night before then mix in the mixer with the other ingredients and bake 45 mins. before serving
- mashed pots-big bag from costco- yukon gold, peel morning of, leave in water in pot in garage until ready to cook 2 hours before serving- mix in mixer with some cream cheese, s and P, 1/2 stick butter each batch and some cream or milk
- made two pumpkin pies-just make one
- turkey- can do 20 lb-fresh, buy on tuesday, clean night before and put in lg oven bag in fridge, make brine night prior, place in brine for 4 hours thanksgiving morning around 8 am. take out and bring to room temp one hour before baking.
- made banger pies-don't bother next year
