Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 16-ounce can pumpkin
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Frosting:
- 1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup margarine, softened
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Step 1
Cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease jelly roll pan.
Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin, and eggs in large mixing bowl on medium speed for 1 minute. Stir in baking mix, cinnamon, and raisins. Pour into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Frost wtih cream cheese frosting. Cut into bars. Keep refrigerated.
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, margarine, milk, and vanilla until creamy. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
