Antoinette's Strawberry Freeze

  • 3/4 cup White Sugar
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese ; softened
  • 1 package (10 oz) Frozen strawberries ; thawed
  • 2 Bananas ; diced
  • 1 carton (8 oz) Cool Whip
  • 1 can (20 oz) Crushed Pineapple ; drained

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and cream cheese until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix together the pineapple, strawberries, bananas and whipped topping. Fold the fruit mixture into the cream cheese mixture until evenly blended.

Spread into a 9 X 13 glass dish, or divide among several smaller serving dishes. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.

Thaw for approximately 20 minutes before serving
