Step 1
Make the pancake batter. Lightly fold in the clarified butter, oil, vanilla, and orange extract. Preheat your waffle iron to 350, according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Once the waffle iron is ready, spray it with nonstick oil or lightly brush it with oil. Cook for 3 ½ minutes, or until the waffle is golden brown with a nice crust and crunchy texture. Serve right out of the iron onto plates for ultimate crispness, sprinkled with icing sugar and garnished with any of our pancake toppings and maple butter on the side.
