Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- Cake:
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- Frosting:
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
1. Grease bottom of a 9" springform pan.
2. Prepare cake mix accordingly to package.
3. Pour into pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Cake:
5. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed until well blended.
6. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
7. Blend in sour cream.
8. Pour over cake layer.
9. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
10. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
Frosting:
11. Bring water to a boil, remove from heat.
12. Melt chocolate with margarine over low heat, stirring until smooth; remove from heat.
13. Add water and remaining ingredients; mix well.
14. Spread over cheesecake; chill.
