Frosted Cream Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

• Basic Muffin Recipe - no b soda, use dk brown sugar, 1 c sour cream instead of milk
• 1 c soft cream cheese
• 1/2 c conf sugar
• grated rind 1 lemon
• 2 t lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1/2 c cream cheese fit in 1 T conf sugar & beat together.

use basic recipe for muffins
put 1/2 batter in pan, add spoon cream cheese & top remaining batter.

Frosting
1/2 c cream cheese and rest conf sugar. add lemon juict & beat. Spread on top cooled muffins
