Ingredients
- 4 cups Cold Chicken ; cooked
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Celery ; chopped
- 4 Eggs ; hard cooked
- 3/4 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 teaspoon Onions ; minced
- 2 tablespoons Pimientos
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese ; grated
- 2/3 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup Potato chips

Step 1
Cube chicken and mix lightly the chicken, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, celery ,eggs, chicken soup, onion and pimiento. Place in a 9X13X2inch dish. Top with cheese,almonds and potato chips. Let this stand in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
