Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (I used 1 1/4 lb)
- 1 lb italian sausage
- 1 med green pepper chopped (I used 1 bag frozen if no fresh)
- 1 med onion chopped
- 8 garlic cloves minced
- 3 cans 14 1/2 oz each italian diced tomatoes drained(I used 2 big cans italian tom. chunks
- 2 cans 15 oz each tomato sauce
- 2 cans 6 oz each tomato paste
- 1/3 cup sugar (I used heaping 1/3c)
- 2 T italian seasoning
- 1 T dried basil
- 2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
in large skillet over med heat cook beef and sausage until no pink
transfer to 5 qt slow cooker
stir in rest of ingred.
mix well
cover cook 8 hours
