Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 Tbs. butter, room temp.
- 1/2 lb. sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 Tbs. chopped fresh chives or scallions
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- pinch of cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter until well blended.
Beat in the cheddar cheese until combined. Add the chives/scallions, mustard, and cayenne pepper. Beat until fluffy.
Transfer the mixture to a crock or serving bowl, after shaping into a ball.
Add crackers, friends, and good music!
