Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef cubed steak
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and pepper; mix well. Completely coat the cubed steaks with the flour mixture.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and saute the steaks for 6 to 8 minutes until the juices run clear turning once. Place the steaks on a covered serving platter. Drain the excess liquid from the skillet and reduce the heat to low. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, vinegar, and mustard; add to the skillet.
Return the cubed steaks to the skillet, completely coating them with the mayo mixture. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.
