GROUND****Asian Turkey or Chicken Burgers w/Slaw
By Unblond1
Very good for both, Dan even ate 2 of the patties.
Don't try to grill these, though, they are way to soft to stand up to the grill.

Preparation
Step 1
* SLAW:
* Combine rice vinegar, sugar, cilantro, soy sauce and sesame oil in a jar and set aside or refrigerate until serving time.
* Shred slaw ingredients and refrigerate until serving, if not using pre-packaged slaw.
* BURGERS:
* Combine burger ingredients and form into 3 patties. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. N.B. they are very wet, just plop them on some waxed paper and pat into shape. Make sure to refrigerate them for a while before cooking so they firm up a bit.
* TO SERVE:
* Spray broiler pan with non-stick spray and broil burgers until cooked through - 4 - 5 minutes per side.
* Meanwhile, combine slaw ingredients and dress. Allow to sit for a while - 1/2 to 1 hour, to absorb flavours.
