Ingredients

  • Classic Margarita:
  • 1 1/2 pz silver tequila such as El Tesoro Tequila
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau, Leopold Bros...
  • Classic Whiskey Sour:
  • 2 oz. fresh sour mix (1/2 oz fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, and 2 T powdered sugar or 1 oz simple syrup)
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 1/2 oz American whiskey
  • Classic Mojito:
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 3 lime wedges
  • 1 T powdered sugar or 3/4 oz simple syrup or more
  • 2 oz white rum (Mount Gay Eclipse silver rum, Cruzan Estate light rum or Bacardi Superior)
  • 3 oz club soda

Preparation

Step 1

Classic Margarita:
Combine all ingredients over ice in mixing glass and shake for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice in old-fashioned glass. Garnish with lime wheel or orange wedge


Classic Whiskey Sour:
Combine sour mix and egg white and gently dry shake to premix and begin emulsification.
Next, add ice and whiskey and shake for 20- 30 seconds.
Strain over crushed ice in old-fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon peel, marasca cherry and 2 dashes bitters on top for aromatics

Classic Mojito:
Gently mudddle mint and lime wedges in a Collins glass with the flat end of a wooden muddler or a stem of a wooden spoon. Add sugar or simple syrup and rum and stir for 10 seconds Finally, add ice, top with club soda and stir once more.
Garnish with fresh sprig of mint.
