Ingredients

  • lubricate the top:
  • 250 g of flour
  • 6 g dry yeast
  • 4 g of salt
  • 30 g butter or margarine butter
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 yolk
  • 5 g of milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients, add margarine, milk and water. Knead the dough. Form a ball and leave in warm place for 90 min.

Knead and wait another 10 minutes.

Divide into 5 parts, roll each part into a rectangle, twist it and clamp the edges. Leave to proof for 30 minutes. Make cuts and smear with yolk and milk mixture.

Bake at 180C degrees for 20-30 minutes.
