Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of flour
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 can fat-free condensed milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups sliced bananas
  • 30-40 reduced fat vanilla wafers
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 325〫

Combine four, salt in pan. Add milk and yolks stir over medium heat 8 minutes or until thick. Stir in vanilla.

In pyrex bowl:
Layer vanilla wafers, then sliced bananas, then pudding. Repeat topping with pudding.

Beat egg whites add sugar until the whites stand alone. Spread over the pudding and bake for 10-20 minutes. Until the meringue is golden brown.

Refrigerate
