Ingredients
- There are 4 layers to this:
- Layer 1:
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup butter
- Layer 2:
- 8 oz. soften cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 12oz. Cool Whip
- Layer 3:
- 2 large package instant chocolate pudding
- Layer 4:
- 1 12oz. Cool Whip

Preparation
Step 1
Layer 1:
Mix together Bake 350 for 17 mins- let cool for at least 45 min
Layer2:
Mix together spread over cooled layer then let it set for at least 30 min in fridge.
Layer 3:
make it, then spread on layer 2 then let it set for at least 45 min
Layer 4:
Spread on top, then sprinkle with nuts and chocolate shavings
Keep in refrigerator.
