McBride BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 cup ketchup
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/4 lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Mix together and simmer for 30 minutes



Baste ribs with this sauce. You may need to double the recipe to be sure you have enough to use while sitting at the table.
