Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 3 Tbl. dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Sauce:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 8 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- dash hot pepper sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine meatball ingredients, shape into 1 in. balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 18 min. Place in crock-pot.
Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs and stir. Cook on low for 4 hours.
Optional: Substitute meatballs with 2 pkg of hot dogs or 3+ pounds of cooked roast beef.
