Bird’s Nest Cookies (Double Batch)
- 2 c butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 c. flour
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°.
2. Knead all ingredients (except jam) together and form into walnut sized balls.
3. Make a depression in each with a thimble.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Pull out of oven, fill each with jam and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
