Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 angel food cake mix, one step
- 1 large can pumpkin pie mix
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- TOPPING
- 12 ounces whipped topping
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
Step 1
CAKE:
Mix above with mixer for one minute to blend well. Pour in 9x13 pan which has been lightly sprayed with Pam and excess wiped away.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake @ 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
TOPPING:
Mix together and spread on cooled cake.
