- 1 cup Mayonnaise (I Like To Use Kraft’s With Olive Oil)
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 10 cloves Garlic, Minced (or 4 Tablespoons Minced From Jar)

Preparation Instructions
In a small bowl combine mayo, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic salt and minced garlic. Mix well. Put the aioli in the fridge and let it chill before serving.
For fries: Amounts and seasonings are completely up to you. I like to use parsley, black pepper and garlic salt on my fries and then dip them in this aioli.
