Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups old fashion oats
- 3/4 cup(1 1/2 stick) unsalted butter, at room temp.
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt n large bowl. Stir in oats;set aside.
2. Mix butter and sugars with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended; cream on high speed until light and fluffy. Scrape bowl bowl. Add honey,egg,and vanilla; beat well on medium speed. Gradually and flour mixture, about 1/2 cup at a time, scraping bowl.
3. Drop dough onto parchment paper on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake one pan at a time 11- 15 minutes or until puffed and golden Do not over bake. Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet; transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
TIP: To make Oatmeal Raisin :You can add 1 cup of raisin to mixture at the end.
