Ingredients
- Okra, medium-sized, cleaned 1 LB
- Garam masala 1 TBS
- Limes, zest and juice of 2 each
- Garlic, minced 1 tsp
- Kosher salt as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper as needed
- Lime, cut into wedges 1 each
- Cilantro, chopped 1/2 C

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, toss okra with garam masala, lime zest, limejuice and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste and marinate for 2 hours.
2. Grill okra until slightly charred and just soft. Serve, garnished with lime wedges and chopped cilantro.
